My results above are on a dose of 125mcg Levothyroxine. Please could you tell me if I am thyrotoxic? I’ve been to see a Trichologist about hair loss that started suddenly and has lasted five months. I’ve tried reducing my Levothyroxine but felt worse!
Please could you advise? If I am on too much Levothyroxine I will have to reduce. If it means keeping my hair!

No, you're not thyrotoxic. Your FT3 is still in-range. Your FT4 is slightly above range, but that is where you need it to get a decent level of T3.
There can be many reasons for losing your hair. Have you had your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested? Nutritional deficiencies can cause hair-loss.
Thank you for replying greygoose. So is it highly unlikely to be my thyroid levels causing the loss? I’ve had all other levels tested, ferritin levels are good. Vitamin D low so on loading doses and vitamin b12 and folate both below range so am going to the doctors today.
I’m just panicking that it’s my thyroid causing the hair loss.
I didn't say it was highly unlikely, no. Even with good levels of thyroid hormone you can still lose your hair because you have thyroid problems. But, there are many other things it could be, too. It could be due to testosterone levels, or oestrogen levels, or any other hormone, really. But, the first steps are always to optimise thyroid hormones and nutrients. Then see how it goes.
I assumed my hair loss was due to my thyroid levels because my doctor said they were. Private tests showed low vitd and b12 . It took months for hair loss to slow but it did and keeping vitamins high has made a lot of difference to me in general not just hair loss, so please don’t underestimate their power.
What's your diet like? I can't comment on the thyroid but had heard of hair loss with a vegan diet and the explanation was inadequate complete protein. He added eggs in and stopped losing his hair IIRC.
