ZaraC1,
Ferritin is deficient and that may indicate iron deficiency anaemia. Your GP should order an iron panel and full blood count to check.
B12 is severely deficient and folate is deficient. Your GP should intitiate B12 injections ASAP before you sustain irreversible neurological damage and intrinsic factor antibodies should be checked to rule out pernicious anaemia. Folic acid 5mg should be prescribed to correct folate deficiency but should not be taken until 48 hours after the first B12 injection. Go to healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice on PA, B12 and folate deficiency.
Vitamin D is severely deficient. Your GP should refer to local guidelines or the NICE CKS recommendations for treating vita-min D deficient adults cks.nice.org.uk/vitamin-d-d... Please do not be fobbed off with 800iu which is not sufficient to treat deficiency. Vitamin D should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and T3.
You can buy vitamin D3 without prescription and I would recommend 10,000iu D3 daily x 6 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu daily and retest in 3-4 months.
