Am I taking enough to help my thyroid hormone work properly and treat Hashimotos.

Serum vitamin B12 201 (190 - 900)

Serum ferritin 19 (15 - 150)

Serum folate 2.1 (2.5 - 19.5)

Total 25 OH vitamin D 20.8 (<25 severe vitamin D deficiency)

Vitamin D3 800iu, 5mg folic acid, 200mg ferrous fumarate all prescribed.

Thanks in advance.

Please go to your GP with your tests results asap if you haven't been to see if you can get treatment on the NHS for any of them. Make an on the day appointment as a matter of urgency as your vitamin D level is severely sufficient.

Then come back here and start a new thread posting what the GP has said again posting your test results.

I have low vitamin D (17) on a very high vitamin d dose then retest after six weeks, it looks as if the dose you are on is not high enough, I am on 50,000/ml units once a week for six weeks. Take advice given by bluebug best of luck
