Can anyone recommend a one stop shop for supplements & vitamins? Iβm sick of shopping around and finding one store is out of one vitamin then next month a different store is out of stock! Then having to check the quantities in each product to ensure they are the same. (I am buying for 3 other people too). Anyone tried Dr Westin Childsβ supplements for thyroid patients?
Thanks in advance. π.

I find it impossible to get all my chosen supplements from one place, some are stocked by one supplier, others by a different supplier. But I have specific brands for each supplement for whatever reason so won't buy alternatives.
I ordered Dr. ChildΒ΄s supplements once. In my opinion, you pay a lot for something that is not working great. There is nothing special about them. I had a strange reaction to one of them, and later read that some people with thyroid disease react that way to one of the ingredients - chlorella. Plus, I ended up paying a fortune in customs fees and import duties. There are much better supplements at more reasonable prices.
They do products with minimum fillers at a reasonable price. Delivery is free and packages fit through the letterbox. They are vegan and hypoallergenic, without GMO ingredients.
As they are in the UK, their products have to meet UK regulations about constituents, quality etc.
I've been using them for years, ever since my NHS GP prescribed vitamin D tablets and the pharmacist couldn't supply any I could take (due to my allergies and intolerances).
Hello BB001, could I please check something with you? You have said their products have to meet regulations about constituents quality etc but my endo advised me that vitamins, other than those on prescription, in the UK are not checked. If you know differently I'd be very pleased to hear it.
I can't comment on whether the authorities have checked them, but the evidence of my NHS blood tests indicate that their vitamin D, B12, folate, calcium and magnesium all have in what in they say they have. I also know they don't have any ingradients that make me adversely react in them (I'm allergic/intolerant to egg, dairy, wheat, soya, potato, corn, shellfish, fruit, acacia, sulphites, nitrates, plus others. There are so many things that I can't remember them all - I know this sounds ridiculous but I have worked out what I can eat and just stick to that).
I have never found one single place for buying everything, but bigvits.co.uk is good as is lifeextensioneurope.co.uk, and biocare.co.uk, and you can get most things at Amazon.
