Hi ,

I have ordered vitamin k2 drops ( can't swallow tablets ) the problem is , the information is in German , the bottle says 30mls , everything else is in German .

Does anyone have any idea how many drops I should take , I read on here that you should take vitamin k2 with vitamin d . I take 1000 bit d.

Sharon-1152,

You could type the label information into Google Translate.

Ok thanks I'll try and do that

Have you tried typing the instructions into a translate web site? That's what I did for the PIL with Tiromel.

Not what you're looking for?
