Vitamin K2 mk7 helps direct extra calcium, that naturally increases as vitamin D rises, into bones

Improving vitamin D to at least around 80nmol or around 100nmol maybe better

Vitamin D at least over 75nmol as minimum

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function. There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7

Vitamin D supplementation was safe and it protected against acute respiratory tract infection overall. Patients who were very vitamin D deficient and those not receiving bolus doses experienced the most benefit.

It's magnesium that helps the body convert D3 into it's active form and you'd need to choose the right form of magnesium to suit you best:

D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and Vit K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems such as hardening of the arteries, kidney stones, etc.

I take Magnesium glycinate 800mg twice a day from Barefoot Nutrition these suit me best and there are no fillers in these.

So that will be helping D3 to be converted to it's usable form.

To avoid problems with calcium deposits, you need the K2 to direct the calcium to bones and teeth.
