Yes it can.
So can low ferritin levels, folate deficiency and low haemoglobin. This is why it's important to know all your levels.
So what are your levels of B12 - Ferritin - Folate - VitD ???
yes and it can be just low normal and that happen so important to have test results...most feel better in high normal ad anything less than that give symptoms
