You are hopelessy undermedicated on the levothyroxine. Although the tsh is within range you should take enough levo to bring your free t4 and free t3 to the top of the range. As per advice of Mr A Toft, the retired endocrinologist who was at one time, head of the british thyroid association.

Will add the link to his book.... Its available on kindle for a few ££££

You have antibodies so the thyroud isnt going to get better, Your b12 is too low, it needs to be nearer to 1000 than 500 and you need some vitamin d3.

Dont let your doc treat to the tsh.... You will remain under medicated and ill....

Here 's the link..... Show the relevant bit to your doc if he refuses a dose increase and ask him why he feels more qualified than Mr. toft. amazon.co.uk/Thyroid-Disord...

You should get

D3 with K2 eg Thornes from Amazon.

Your B12 is low ,It should be near 1000. Try Farrows Methylcobalamn.

Might it be helpful if you took your supplements every day? That way they would gradually build up, rather than waiting until you feel you need a boost.

Except that she's taking a multivit at the moment, which isn't going to help anything! :(

Thank you everyones for your replys. I dont know what to do really. My GP dont suggest anything. It' s me running around searching for tests or supplement.

I dont know if I m under medicated. I dont know if it's gonna be harmfu lin the long run or not if I continue under medicated. I ve been having menopause since a few years and it feel worst. Everyone blames my state of health on the menopause! But i think menopause is not so bad just something feel hot and sometimes cold. Well if you were me what would you do first apart from going to take more levo.

I really appreciate your reponses

Have a nice day

Warm regards
