Hi. Mother in law diagnosed with sjogrens but we think she's hypo. Blood results: t4. 14.8 (12-20) , TSH 1.59 (0.3-3.94), ferritin 264 (30-400), B12 328 (191-663), blood count 426 below range. Any quick answers appreciated as going to rheumatologist at 3 pm! Thanks

Lainey, TSH and FT4 are euthyroid (normal) and don't indicate central hypothyroidism as FT4 is in range. B12 is low, 1000 is optimal. MIL should supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced. Ferritin is good.
