Going for blood test soon to prepare when should I take last med on NDT appreciate all help

I try to leave at least 24 hours ax s gap. I recently had an unexpected blood test about 1.5 hours after taking my 2.25 grains of NDT and had a really high Ft3 result of about 12.5 (3.1-6.8) Luckily doc agreed to retest and I left my usual 24 hour gap and Ft3 was back to 5

I did the same took morning meds and went for blood test came back very high and now their testing again thank you again

Don't forget to get the blood draw done as early in the morning as possible, preferably before 9am. The point of this is to get the blood taken when your TSH is at its highest point during the working day.

(TSH is highest in the middle of the night, but getting blood tests then is impossible! TSH is lowest during the afternoon.)

It is also possible that eating and drinking (apart from water which should be drunk freely) will lower TSH, so have the blood drawn while fasting.
