Firstly - you need the ranges for those test results. Do you have them?

Secondly - this is a thyroid forum and you haven't got any thyroid results there! So maybe go back to your doctor and ask them to test you TSH, FT4, FT3 and thyroid antibodies - then folk here will be better able to help you.

While you are there, ask for your iron, ferritin and Vit B12 levels to measured too.

Good luck.

Hi,

Your Vit D results very low - should be at least over 50. Being out in the sunshine for minimum of 20 minutes each day without sunscreen on will help and you could also look to take a Vit D supplement - I recommend the high dose one - 25 micrograms - take one / day - available from Holland and Barrett. Low Vit D does give mental fogginess and makes you feel tired and unable to remember things / concentrate. Give the supplements a go - you should soon notice a difference.

Good Luck!!

If you're buying from Holland and Barrett, make sure there's no soy oil in them. H and B often use soy oil and it's very very bad for you!
