My Dr wants me to decrease but I'm not sure whether too as I'm feeling not too bad. I'm currently on 3 and a half grains of NDT.
TSH 0.04 ( 0.34-5.6)
FT3 6 (3.80-6.00)
FT4 12.4 (7.9-20.0)
Any advice appreciated

Yup, ignore your doctor, AngelHarley. Your TSH is just above suppressed, your FT3 is at the top of the range but not over and your FT4 good considering you are taking T3.
Looks like it. How do you feel?
I'm not feeling too bad emotionally, I'm not feeling tired anymore but saw a Rheumy for my pains. Had both hips injected with steroid as suffering with Trochanteric bursitis. Also have Bursitis of the knee and tendinitis in the wrist. She's getting my knee, hips and hands x-rayed. She thinks it's possibly Osteoarthritis.
HI I personally would have less NDT but some T4, levo too as your FT3 is high but T4 lowish.Re test in 6 weeks.

I agree with Clutter. More harm is done by doctors adjusting doses to try to keep the TSH in a range whereas it differs throughout the day. GPs are unaware of this phenomenon it appears. As you are feeling quite good leave well alone. The best way to know if you are optimally treated is 'how do you feel' if well - that the answer. If you increased meds slightly and then get overactive symptoms, you just reduce dose down again.
NEVER let your doctor reduce your meds based o blood tests always go by how you FEEL!! I use the broken record method with my endo (who prescribes my NDT) just keep repeating, 'I am fine on the dosage I'm on thank you!!'
