You need that B12 looked at:

The status of patients with ‘ Active ’ vitamin B 12 concentrations between 25 and 50 pmol/L (the intermediate range) requires further investigation and this is best carried out using the serum methylmalonic acid (MMA) assay [7,8,9,10]. When the supply of vitamin B 12 is suboptimal production of succinyl CoA is blocked, leading to increased format ion of MMA. Circulating levels of MMA are thus a functional indicator of vitamin B 12 status. Serum MMA concentrations of <280 nmol/L are considered to be within the reference range for healthy subjects unde r the age of 65 years. The upper limit of the serum MMA reference range for patients older than 65 years is 360 nmol/L . However, one limitation is that serum MMA levels are not a reliable marker of vitamin B 12 status in patients with impaired renal function (which is more common in the elderly).

Patients with ‘ Active ’ vitamin B 12 levels above 50 pmol/L are replete and require no further investigation for at least 4 months.

I do not think that simply taking 1000 mcg Jarrow on your own is sufficient. I think someone who knows about these things should see the result, do an MMA test, and take appropriate measures from there - which might very well include injecting B12.

The rest are not so important for now.

your vitamin D is in your boots sunshine! You need some heavy intervention.. Mine was 37 at first test. the GP prescribed me 800 iu of D3 daily... I read up on it and bought my own D3 and did 5000 iU and quickly felt much better and brought my D3 up to 100 I now take 1000 iu every other day for maintenance... Dr Lowe says you need to be up to 80 to feel good.

If you sort out your D3, the rest.. will fall into place a bit better.. D3 helps you absorb lots of other things so start with that I would..
