Colon Hydroterapy

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone with IBSc has tried the Colon hydrotherapy and would suggest it. It is more than a month that I am struggling with pain, constipation, nausea and I am getting really anxious. Trying the FODMAP and taking some laxatives. I also drink a lot of water and herbals and walk everyday 20+20 mins to go to work. Two months ago I took a CT scan that was clear but I am still thinking about nasty causes. I can’t bare this situation anymore 😭

in a way I envy you - though I usually suffer with ibs-c ive had horrible ibs-d and its driving me mad haha, I had a bit of ibs-c this week though and also felt a bit nauseous and terrible pain. The thing that cleared it? peppermint gum, it attacks the gremlins in our tummy muscles that cause sickness

The one thing I found are ‘Newman’s Own’ organic Peppermints from the local Health food store They help with the indigestion and bloating. Reasonably priced and taste great.
