So starting around monday I had severe pain in that area I went in on Thursday and the doctor said I had 4 hemroids and 3 fisures. Now that I've been back to work I weighed myself and in a little under a week I lost 30 pounds. I haven't had regular bowel movements in over a week my stomach hurts when I burp or try to take a deep breath. I'm not sure what I should do. Does anyone know of any natural remedies to help this?

Constipation with hemroids?
I'm a bit confused..😞 sorry. Are you asking about help with Hemmorrhoids and Fissures? If so, yes, you can get ointment and creams over the counter. Also you can also get suppositories. These also help with internal hemmorrhoids. Tucks pads work very well too. When you wipe with toilet paper too much, it tends to aggravate the hemmorrhoids and painful fissures, so try to wet the toilet paper with warm water, and then use a Tucks pad, or even baby or cottonelle wipes work well too..just try not to use plain toilet paper. You can buy a "sitz bath" many are sold online, and it fits right over the toilet seat. You fill it with warm water, as warm as you can handle, and sit in it for about 20 minutes. Some people put Epsom salts. Or you can try to take a hit bath, that will help shrink the hemmorrhoids and relieve the fissure. I'm a bit different, but it works immediately. I don't have to fuss with a bath. I use an ice pack for 20 minutes. They shrink immediately. I wrap the ice pack in a thin towel and told it there, and in 20 minutes..hemmorrhoids are greatly reduced. There are also homeopathic remedies, you put under your tongue (I forgot the name, but you can Google it) I got mine at Amazon. Not expensive. If that fails, your Doctor may have to prescribe something so the fissure doesn't get worse.
Are you asking about constipation? And natural remedies? Many people eat fiber..fruits..strawberries, avacodos, brocolli, raw carrots, almonds, bran or shredded wheat cereal, ground flaxseed that you can stir in water, or in oatmeal or yogurt, probiotic supplements, black mollasses and honey, lemon mixture, fatty Omega 3's. Organic virgin coconut oil, coffee, the list is endless. Are you asking about burping? You may have acid reflux. A digestive enzyme might help with this. Or you may want to have an endoscopy to rule out a hiatal hernia.
I would be more concerned about your extremely rapid weight loss. 30 pounds in less than a week means something is going on..I would talk to a Gastro about this, you may need testing, CT scans, Colonoscopy. I hope this helps?
Thank you so much, it does help alot.
Check that your scale is accurate. I would guess that it is very difficult to lose 30 pounds in a week. I was hospitalized a year ago for a small intestinal total blockage. I was unable to eat anything (due to a naso-gastric tube) for 8 days. I lost about a pound a day, or 8 pounds in about a week.
I would recommend going back to your doctor or try a different one as that much weight loss in a week sounds too extreme to me best of luck with your second try .
