Trapped wind and bloating

My doctor just prescribed gabapentin, after many tests, he said is a Brain gut problem.

I was really afraid to take this stuff so He gave me Celexa. Has anyone tried this for trapped wind.

I have had this problem for 3 years also gained 30.

When you get meds off your Dr do you ever check what the side effects are - I always do and that is why I always go down an alternative road that has supplements or meds that don't give you the side effects these meds do. Gabapentin can cause weight gain as can Celexa

Hi there, trapped wind and bloating can be very painful. I recommend a really old cure my grandmother gave me. It is a really simple thing, take 1 cup of hot water from the kettle every morning, nothing in it, just the water. You should start to see/feel a difference soon. Every one is different, so it could be a couple or days, or more, just keep taking it and stop eating those foods that can cause wind. They are usually beans and things like that, but look it up first before changing anything. good luck. xx
