Peppermint oil is literally the greatest thing on the planet (Colpermin tablets) which you can buy over the counter or get your GP to prescribe. I take it before bed and literally wind up my husband all night by releasing the trapped air. Aha. My GP also mentioned eating mints help if you don't want another tablet added.

Some yoga ideas healthline.com/health/diges...

Fennel seed. Chew on a few seeds, or make tea from the seeds, or just sprinkle them on your food.

Fresh Ginger tea helps, also lay on your back and bring your knees up to your chest a few times. Tablets containing Simethicone seem to help too.

I put 4 drops of peppermint oil (the edible one) into warm water as a drink, also good for tummy pain.Colonic massage is helpful for me, it moves the trapped gas along.
