Itching/hives with Lupus?
I've tried H1 antihistamines (allergies/
zyrtec
) and upping the dosage but it doesn't seem to help enough! The itching is all over and the hives can last for minutes and some larger ones last for up to a week! (which I have heard is a sign it's an autoimmune hive??)

Anaphylaxis from Augmentin (amoxicillin) after pneumonia, no previous penicillin allergy.
I'm taking Fexofenadine and the GP advised I can add
Zyrtec
. The GP said augmentin has a short half-life and should be out of my system after 12 hours but it's normal that I could still be experiencing residual symptoms.

Was taking Benadryl and
Zyrtec
. Nothing helps. Finally got into see the allergist and had labs done. I have an appointment to go back for allergy testing as well Just strange that it has happened to several people around the same time.

Vaccine induced myocarditis
I read
Zyrtec
could help, so I started having her take that and it seemed to be what helped her. IM NOT saying take this on your own, I’m just telling you what helped her. Ask your doctor first. She still has days where she doesn’t feel well.

PV pinching - seriously can’t take it!
I have tried OTC and prescription antihistamines; Beta alanine;
Zyrtec
& Zantac; photo therapy (even bought my own panel); tanning sessions (before hydroxyurea) ; I’m on 500 mg hydroxyurea every second day. I drink a lot of water; I’ve cut out foods that can cause histamine flare ups ...

Side effects! Eczema
Oncologist recommended
Zyrtec
. I never took it because that side effect has pretty much eased up. My problem now -- aside from thinning hair and weak nails -- is itchy patches on my shins and my face. (I welcome masks.) It seems to come and go.

updates from last post, warning: long, sorry!
It has been five weeks and I can say for the most part, my 5 day rash has left (thank goodness for Benadryl and
Zyrtec
) and my energy level has gone up, I seem to also think a bit clearer!

Allergy injection help
I have tried
Zyrtec
, Benadryl, Benadryl cream, and ice packs, but nothing works. It hurts more than it itches because of the swelling.

Good news after scan
My oncologist says to take
Zyrtec
which I was taking one in the morning and evening I take
Zyrtec
or Benadryl (helps sleep) but it helps little for hives! Has any of you who have similar skin problems found something that is helping, any tips? Sebina,

My long awaited rheumatologist appointment.
On September 13th, 2017 my first doctor said I had PMR and prescribed 20mg prednisone after 30 days because of fatty deposits around my collarbone he told me to take
zyrtec
. What! My second doctor was a rheumatologist who did nothing remarkable and then retired.

Help with hives
Then I started taking generic
Zyrtec
which has really helped in that it has eliminated the hives from popping up and for quite some time was controlling the itching. Well recently the itching seems to have returned, although minority, all over really but mostly on my scalp.

Sick of being sick
My dr had me try
Zyrtec
and taking my pantoprazole at a different time. I went back to my dr yesterday and was prescribed a sinus rinse several times a day and an antibiotic. I also had a chest X-ray. I haven’t gotten the results of the X-ray yet and I’m kind of worried about it.
