ZyrtEC
) Does anyone else have a similar story..?..I have NEVER suffered from skin problems even when I was a teenager.

Medications and food to avoid, applies to most of us who has RLS. This is taken from the www.rlshelp.org website..
The newer, non-sedating antihistamines, Allegra,
Zyrtec
and Claritin are generally better (and some RLS patients can take these without problems), but can be just as bad as the over the counter medications.

Really cool (at least I think so lol)
I have just been to the Zirtek website to get more information about what pollen is around this time of year and under the area of 'support' there are 2 downloads which might help a few people here. You can download a program that allows you to check the pollen count anywere in the UK in less than 5

Trying alternative medicine for allergies (or do your allergy meds help enough?)
So I'm on sigulair,
zyrtec
and phenergan (both antihistamines). I'm in the U.S. and I know over there you tend to use generic names. Anyways, I've been trying acupuncture and Chinese herbs lately which seems to help some with the allergies where the antihistamines have failed.

Daily pollen forecast
Daily tree pollen forecasts have started on the Zirtek website! Hopefully it's okay to post the link (AUK T&C advertising?) as it looks quite useful. The forecasts are for use by the general public and not for reproduction for other media, websites or commercial outlets. http://tinyurl.com/ydgrf3w http
