Zoladex implant
Hi I had my first
Zoladex
implant two weeks ago. Do they stop your periods from the get go? I was due to come on two days ago but nothing 🤔 normally I'm bang on. I thought I would've thought I would have at least this period before they 'shut down'.

Supplements
Hi all, I am currently on
Zoladex
and for the first few months being on it, I was practically pain free. I’m going into my 5th month now and I’m starting to experience chronic pain again. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for any supplements or anything they find helps?

Advice on Severe Endometriosis
My surgeon advised to take
Zoladex
until my next surgery which would need to be done at a Specialist Center. After giving it a lot of thought and reading a lot I decided not to take
Zoladex
as I do not react well to hormones in general (it has really affected my mental health in the past).

Zoladex for more than 6 months
Hi everyone, I just wondered if anyone has had
zoladex
for more than 6 months. I am due my 4th injection tomorrow, I was put on to stop my kissing ovaries from killing my kidney. I've been told my surgery won't be until summer next year due to the covid waiting lists.

Back pain after laparoscopy and during Zoladex
Not sure if it's come back so soon or if it's the
Zoladex
or if, as my consultant says, it's just a bad back. But then he said I definitely didn't have endo. Then conceded it was 'extensive' when he finally did the surgery.

Zoladex and relentless periods!
Hi, I have had 2
Zoladex
injections now to help treat my Endometriosis but I’ve been getting a period every 2 weeks since I started. This period I’m currently on doesn’t show any sign of stopping either even though I’m on day 6 and usually have finished by now. Has anyone else experienced this?

Testosterone lowering but PSA rising
2015 Prostatectomy, external beam radiation and two yrs ADT (
Zoladex
) and four yrs active surveillance. However, Dec 2020 PSA was 2.59 and Dec 2021 now 6.9. Testosterone Dec 2020 was 22.2 but Dec 2021 it has dropped to 13.6. Why is my testosterone going down while my PSA is rising?

Zoladex prior to pouch of Douglas surgery?
Has anyone been told they have to do 3 months on
Zoladex
prior to surgery on the pouch of Douglas? Mine is deep penetrating endo and the surgeon told me today that he wants me to do 3 months on
Zoladex
before he can do the surgery as jt is too dangerous to remove before.

Zoladex and extreme hair loss
Hi ladies, has anyone else experienced hair loss as a side affect of
zoladex
? I had my last (3rd)
zoladex
last week but in the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed clumps of hair falling out when I shower or even when I put a comb through my hair.

Zoladex implant
My consultant has suggested I go on the
Zoladex
injections. Just after people's experience with this, the good and the bad. She also mentioned something about a tablet that can be taken at the same time, to reduce the side effects. I have a family history of osteoarthritis.
