I am currently on Zoladex and for the first few months being on it, I was practically pain free.
I’m going into my 5th month now and I’m starting to experience chronic pain again. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for any supplements or anything they find helps? As I’m starting to think a lot of it is triggered by different foods! Any advice would be appreciated x

We are all different, but I found that diet made a difference to my symptoms. For me taking out wheat, sugar, alcohol and caffeine helped. For other people in might be dairy or processed foods, so worth taking one thing out at a time and seeing if you notice any difference. Good luck
Hi, My sister had it as well, and I recall her taking a multivitamin ( vitamintree.ca/SubCategory/... ) and other supplements that her doctor recommended. Her doctor recommended that she adopt a nutritious diet rich in fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly. Supplements such as vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin D can help lower estrogen levels. Vitamin D helps to limit the onset and development of endometriosis by reducing inflammation, cell spread, and the production of blood vessels in lesions. Vitamin C has also been shown to aid in the treatment of endometriosis. Omega-3 fatty acids, found in oily fish, linseeds, flaxseed oil, hemp seeds, and walnuts, are also advised to help decrease inflammation and alleviate clogged arteries.
