My serum B12 was 237, and my ALP (alkaline phosphorus) was 34 which is low...which shows a possibility of being low in D, magnesium,
Zinc
, and calcium.

Autoimmune atrophic gastritis vitamin deficiencies
My
zinc
was bottomed out but my copper was sky high. My Vitamin D level was low. My TSH was high normal but after my iron deficiency was corrected it went to an optimal level. My free t4 was and is in the lower range of normal.

3 Months post viral meningitis
Taking
zinc
, b12, probiotics, magnesium and celery juicing seems to be helping A LOT. Long story short, trust your body! If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t! A few doctors are certain this was from a mosquito but we’ll never really now exactly how I got it.

Do we need to stop all supplements before a blood test?
Apart from B complex and a multivitamin containing biotin, I take the following: Turmeric Selenium
Zinc
Vitamin C Ferrous fumarate (210 mg twice a week) The tests I will be drawing blood for are a Medichecks thyroid ultra and the annual NHS thyroid function test, these to be done at least six weeks apart

A useful video on protein, detoxing, MTHFR, fatty liver, neurotransmitters by Ari Whitten and Chris Masterjohn.
Can needing to pee in the night be due to insufficient vitamin c,
zinc
and copper? Here’s another on neurotransmitters by Chris Masterjohn. I think he is very credible and often has a different view than other people.
