Anyone on Yasmin pill?
Hi there everyone, I've been given
yasmin
but having read up on the side effects, it has an increased risk of blood clots above the other combi pills although it is the most natural form of progesterone in it. Would like to know other's experiences , thanks everyone. š

How long after you come off the pill does it take for you to be fertile again?
I stopped taking the pill (
Yasmin
) about two months ago, I read on the box that after coming off your pill you are actually still protected until your next period, then if you donāt continue taking your pill after this period youāre completely unprotected - does anyone know if thereās any truth in that

Contraception Pill transition
Hi So I changed from mini pill to
yasmin
combined pill with no breakthrough bleeding. Is this normal? I asked a doctor at an std clinic and she said it depends on ur body but not sure. Oh and on the
yasmin
pill ive had intense nausea and enhanced urination as well as ovary/right side pain.

Eating banana with the skin on may help Parkinsons
Hey all. I don't have Parkinsons but joined this community because of other people experimenting with supplements like I was. I am getting better taking biotin so I suspect I have a genetic problem with that. In the past few days I have been starting to eat fruit I had never eaten before in my life.

Should you take the pill at the same time everyday to stop periods?
I've been on
Yasmin
just over three months and I bled alot but thought it had settled as I had two and a half weeks no bleed. Then I forgot to take it one day and another day took it in the afternoon instead of morning and now it's like I'm having a period and I'm in severe pain from it..

Was called to docs for tests. My history, gestational diabetes aged 34 and 37, hypothyroidism aged 38, coeliac disease aged 47. Now 50 obese and fatigue is improving. The 200mcg levo. Fasting glucose 5.0. TSH 0.60. They said fine. Is It? Have started elimination and calorie reducing diet. Trying to eat

Yasmin not working, what are alternative options?
I was put on
Yasmin
after surgery to take for 3 months straight but I've had nearly a constant period the whole time (around 7 weeks). Is it possible that
Yasmin
just doesn't suit me and another pill would?

Do I have endo?
I've tried two different brands, Marvelon (low dose) and
Yasmin
which I'm currently on. I also started taking multivitaminsā no difference. This has been really frustrating because I can't figure out how to "fix" it.

Hypothyroidism and perimenopause - advice please
As a bit more background, I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2011 (I'd had symptoms for years) and put on the pill (
Yasmin
) to control heavy irregular periods and hirsutism. The pill worked well for me for two or three years, then I started getting breakthrough bleeding that was increasingly heavy.

Endometriosis: About me & Getting diagnosed...PROBLEMS!
I was put on
Yasmin
to tri-cycle, with little effect, but they said it is very hard to see endometriosis, even under laproscopy, so didn't feel it warranted a diagnostic lap at that time. They said I probably had IBS as well. I struggled on, and gave up on getting to the bottom of things.

I'm not getting promoted
They've put me back on
Yasmin
. It was literally the only pill that ever agreed with me and it never affected my moods but, right now, I'm feeling miserable.
