I recently had blood testing for food allergies. It showed I was allergic to dairy, casein and coffee. Could this food allergy be causing

Should I come off the pill - depression?
I have also tried
Yasmin
and Microgynon in the past and had similar problems with them so had to come off. Has anyone had similar problems with taking the pill, but had more success with one of the other recommended treatments such progesterones or the coil? P.S.

Who's been GLUTEN/DAIRY FREE? Do you drink kefir? I need an advice
I had some serious troubles with consuming too much bread wheat oats rye cow milk curd cheese and butter. Been making all kinds of gains but also got all kinds of health issues. Now I went gluten/dairy free and it's been great since but I want to know about fermented milk a.k.a kefir, I've heard that

Yasmin and endometriosis
Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with using
Yasmin
to help control your endo symptoms? My doctor has suggested it as microgynon made my emotions uncontrollable, and I cry enough as it is thanks to the pain! Thanks!

Pill change over
My doctors changed my pill from the mini pill to
Yasmin
, as the mini pill was making my symptoms worse. However like with ever pill change over, its affecting my emotions. I'm having mood swings where one minute I can be happy and laughing and the next I'll just burst out crying.
