Does anyone have recurring oral thrush?
Hi, I've had oral thrush regularly, the liquid medicine (can't remember the name but it's yellow) doesn't touch it and I've had oral medication to clear it. My GP suggested I use Chlorodyl to keep it at bay but so far doesn't seem to touch it. I do eat plain yoghurt 3 or 4 times a week but he didn't

Dutasteride & prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) expression.
New study below [1]. "A short-term treatment of patients with high doses of dutasteride {Avodart} might increase the detection rate of PSMA-based imaging and increase the effect of 177Lu -PSMA-617 therapy via upregulation of PSMA expression." -Patrick [1] https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/31233227

Low Grade & Cyclophosphamide
Hello ladies. Had anyone with Low Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer had oral chemotherapy called “Cyclophosphamide”. It’s an old chemo drug that apparently works on slower growing cancer cells. My oncologist suggested it to me a while ago and said it had been trialed at some point in the past but not really

Brachytherapy Boost
I am hoping to find useful information to help my husband who has prostrate cancer. He is also on this site. Hoping to learn more about best places to go for brachytherapy boost. I understand that experience is important here as it is with surgery. Gleason 9, (4+5) 12 cores, two 8’s and three 7’s.

Sore nose
Does anyone diagnosed with Sjogrens have issues with a sore nose? Not from blowing your nose too much, or as far as I know, from nasal dryness. The fleshy part of my nostril is sore and sometimes swollen. It is not always sore. My rheumy's assistant didn't seem to think too much of it after I told

Has anyone tried quercetin?
If yes, did you notice any change in your endometriosis symptoms? I'm asking because I came across a mouse study that indicates it might be useful. Quercetin is an OTC supplement here in the US; people often take it for seasonal allergy relief. Here's the study abstract link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Baseline SIBO test - Hydrogen Sulfide SIBO?
Hey Everyone, I'm interested to hear from anyone regarding SIBO tests - I've had the same result twice now with my SIBO tests Very, very minimal amount of Hydrogen & methane in the small intestine (Basically, a baseline SIBO), before elevation of Hydrogen in transit (which I'm told is perfectly normal

Firmagon (Degarelix) my first injection...
I was surprised when the nurse told me that this is a (chemotherapy) injection as I told her it is a (hormonal therapy because it will block GTRH in the pituitary to lower Testesteron). She gaved me a pamphlet that I need to read about this treatment discribing what is it and what are the side effects
