Sore throat with 1 white spot and mouth ulcers no fever feeling well in my self. Are do I just have tonsillitis.

All depends on your sexual risk. Tonsillitis is common. HIV is uncommon , depending on where you live.

I would see a physician. That could be a number of things including tonsillitis as you've mentioned.

When I contracted it 24 years ago I developed a flu like illness for a week but no other obvious symptoms. As has been said it depends on any unprotected encounters you’ve had which if you have, means it’s always a possibility.

Best to have an full sexual health test to find out.

To be honest everyone that has unprotected sex should get tested regularly in order to safe guard yourself and future partners
