I had three Jevtana infusions.
I feel really good, compared to the time when I finished Taxotere, Pelvic radiation and
Xtandi
, which was killing me and I had to stop. Is there any sign to tell that things are working?

Post Xofigo, where do we go from here?
I don't want to give up on the
Xtandi
too soon. Any feedback is appreciated.

Are there any clinical trials currently using mRNA technologies to fight PC?
Still in the fight 13 years out using SBRT for tumors and Lupron and
Xtandi
for system wide control currently. Just wondering if there are any trials out there using mRNA technologies to harness the human immune system in the fight. Seems like a logical next step.

Worrying study on long-term ADT (esp Enza)
I get the theory of 'it may continue to rise, but it would rise a lot more if you stopped ADT altogether' but what if continuing with Enza/
Xtandi
was actually making it worse?

Jevtana prescribed until Pluvicto available to him
He already had Zytiga,
Xtandi
, radiation, cryotherapy, Immunotherapy and Taxotere... running out of options but fortunately, he is still feeling pretty good considering all.

BAT question. A little worried about results.
I was on
Xtandi
as part of a clinical trial at NIH and after 2 years my PSA started climbing and PSMA scan showed metastasis in abdominal lymph nodes and supraclavicular node. Biopsy of the abdominal nodes wasn’t possible but biopsy of the supraclavicular node was inconclusive.

Xtandi seems very effective
From personal experience and looking at the posts here, it seems
Xtandi
is very effective. The most problematic SE is fatigue.

It's Back - The Way Ahead
Triplet therapy - SBRT, Orgovyx and
Xtandi

Enzalutamide/Xtandi monotherapy as ADT with fewer side effects than Lupron
Enzalutamide monotherapy can improve the quality of live for advanced prostate cancer patients. Thank you, Prof. Tombal, for promoting this arm in the Embark trial! Enzalutamide does not lower testosterone and estrogen, it even increases the level of these. This avoids the following side effects of

Abiraterone plus Prednisone and 3 monthly injection failing now in 79 year old dad with mets to bone on NHS in UK.
From reading UK NHS guidelines, it seems patients who have taken abiraterone are not then able to switch to
Xtandi
under NHS guidelines. Unless someone else on this site has experienced otherwise. Any advice to give me and him hope would be a blessing.

Choices after chemo and Xtandi?
Started
xtandi
3 months later psa 330. Cancer has been spreading since April 2022 when psa was 1.42. Had operation to spine due to fracture. On copious amounts of morphine for pain. Met now in 1 lung. Can barely stand let alone walk.
Xtandi
crushed the man he was, along with the cancer.

Can I go on 120mg dosage of Xtandi
I am wondering whether 120mg of
Xtandi
will be as effective in fighting the disease as 160mg, and whether it can keep my psa at undetectable levels. Your suggestions can help. Best to you and every one of you in this fight.
