Additional Drug Choice
I started my ADT treatment with Eligard and
Xtandi
but had to change due to the cardiovascular side effects. I have been on Orgovyx alone for 10 months. My PSA is undetectable and my testosterone is 13. The drug is doing what it should.

Into the Great Unknown
Well, I just wrapped up two years of ADT (Lupron and
Xtandi
) on top of 36 rounds of radiation, and a RARP. At 57 when diagnosed (PSA 5.2, Gleason 4+3, one affected pelvic lymph node per PSMA PET scan), our plan was to throw the kitchen sink at my PCa and see if we can’t knock it out.

Xtandi after Zytiga
He wants me on
Xtandi
but agreed to wait for blood test. I feel they are humoring me but am I at any risk in waiting or should I give up and go Ztandi right now?

No relief for Xtandi Prices
Yet a one-year supply of
Xtandi
currently costs $189,800 in the United States, or up to five times more than its price in other countries.

If so, can I therefore postpone
Xtandi
or should I stop grasping for straws and just start
Xtandi
. I have a PSA test scheduled for April 5, 3 weeks after radiation completion. Thanks."

Trial or not
My MO is suggesting nest step as
Xtandi
, or to enroll in a Phase 1/2 trial that would entail
Xtandi
in combination with EPI-7386 by ESSA Pharma, ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT05075577. I am told by my MO that it is a choice and I am not at trial is my only hope stage.

Xtandi already failing? How is this possible
hi everyone. My dad met with his new oncologist today. He consented to genetic testing so his bloodwork will be sent out in 6 weeks. His new PSA reading came back at 2.84. On February 7th, it was 1.94. He also got another lupron shot today and it’s been over three months since he received one, maybe

prostate cancer metastatic
He has also been accepted into the trial of
Xtandi
. He was thinking about stopping the Fenbendazole as he was concerned that the different medications might counteract each other. Would like a bit of feedback please

Zytiga failed, Xtandi next
MO says the active hip lesion means the Zytiga is failing, at least at that one area only but recommends
Xtandi
and I am now hormone resistant after 19 months on ADT plus Zytiga/prednisone.

Possible drug interactions with Xtandi and blood thinners - advice needed
Not to mention Coumadin is difficult to manage, especially so with
Xtandi
(according to the doctor). I have spoken with men who have taken eliquis and
xtandi
together without issue.

SBRT Treatment Follow Up
He also wanted me on
Xtandi
, but I decided against it. Too many stories on terrible side effects. Lupron has been ok,.. frequent urination,.. small hot flashes.. I have been on that since January. Went for my 3 month PSA blood test last week and my reading is 0.008!
