Last Monday, the district nurse cane out and told me it looked better, stuck a dressing on and told me to leave it on for a week- that’s today. I’ve taken it off and by

Has anyone tried Ketone Test Strips?
I bought some for fun more than anything and out of curiosity last week. I started doing partial-day fasts and did notice I was in a state of ketosis after 48 hours. It is interesting to see them measure when my body is burning fat but I think that's inevitable when cutting down calories anyway, with

PRAISE FOR MY GP SURGERY AND LOCAL PHARMACY

Trying to fall asleep, but I can’t. I reflect and start to feel pain again as I think about the situation i’m in. I know in time things will get better for me. I still feel hurt and disappointment from my ex. The wound is fresh but i’m doing better i’m healing. I work every day to keep myself busy. I

I’d rather you be free
I’d take care of you forever If I knew I could heal your
wounds
or even be with you and try If that’s what you wanted Just for us to be close without me hurting you ever For you to feel the breeze on your face and be free is my wish And It’s hard to let you take care of my heart so broken I don’t wish

Working with endometriosis 😓
Hey ladies! Any advice on how to get through a really physical job with endometriosis? I have so much pain everyday and when I go to work I’m on my feet 8 hours I walk at least 5 miles a day and lift any where from 25 to 70 pounds. I had a laparoscopic salpingectomy about 3 weeks ago and find it hard

Feel as if chest has scaffolding on it
Wounds
seem to be healing nicely as far as I can tell but I get a sometimes uncomfortable feeling of tightness and numbness in the upper chest area. It feels as if I've got scaffolding on my chest whenever I get up and walk about.

Words can take seconds to open deep
wounds
, and years to try to heal them. They are powerful weapons. I guess we’ve arrived back at being kind again really. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Anticoagulant
I would like to know from your experience if taking anticoagulant like Pradaxa or Apixaban will make healing of
wounds
or ulcers last longer? Have anyone of you experienced this? Thanks.
