How do I ask for a review from wrag to support group, and how can you know if you should be in support group? What are the requirements?
I have major depression bpd, bipolar, hypertension fibro, herniated discs L4/5 bladder prolapse and thoracic spine wear and tear etc can anyone explain how I would get a review on esa from wrag to support group. If my health probs don't qualify that's fine. Merry Christmas to all

problems swallowing
well I went for a barium swallow at the hospital yesterday as I keep getting food and sometimes drink stuck in my throat and then have to cough it back up. apparently I have a condition called dysmotility of the oesophagus. I should sleep propped up in bed and not eat if lying down. I am now waiting

Does anyone have Post Hydrotherapy Flare up ?
I had some hydrotherapy on Friday, immediately after I began feeling unwell and weak and just made it to sit in the car. As the hours progressed I began having pains in my lower back and waist, legs and arms. Previous hydro sessions left me out of energy for days. I don't know what to make of it. I do

Winter Fuel Allowance petition.
Hi thanks for getting the momentum going to everybody who has signed the petition below. Please encourage others to sign. It is helping raise awareness of Raynaud's and Scleroderma at least which is just perfect. http://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/winter-fuel-allowance-for-the-disabled-and-vunerable

Was tested positive for Romberg's at Royal Free last month.
I have been feeling unsteady on my feet for over a year and was finally given the Romberg's test which proved positive. MRI on 7 December. Have searched the web for the causes and am dreading that the cerabellum (?) is being affected by Scleroderma. Mine is ss. Does anybody know of an incidence

Bronchiectasis and innoculation for HIB /meningitis??!!
Hi all Have recently seen a consultant who suggested I have a vaccination against the HIB bacteria (which coincidentally comes combined with the added bonus(?!) of the meningitis vaccine) as I seem to be very susceptible to HIB. Has anyone else had this and, if so, did it work/did you have a reaction

You'll have to forgive me if I lose my focus in this post, I'm going to type it off the top of my head to match my current, exact thoughts. A few months ago I posted here about a number of gastro symptoms that were plaguing me every day. Well guess what? Nothing has changed. I still suffer daily from

Hypermobility.......what are the symptoms and how do you find out if you have it?
Im wondering, after reading several posts, if i too have this issue. Its especially in my knee and if often feels as though it is literally going to dislocate. I am a Fibromyalgia sufferer and wondered if this is connected or a totally seperate issue? Any help/advice/suggestions ? :-)

Flutter Device
Hello all, Long time no speak!! I was just wondering firstly how you all are?! Secondly, I was just wondering if anyone has ever been given a flutter device from their physio...if you have one of course. If so, how have you found it, has it been better than postural drainage or equally as good?!

Fatigue research
Dear all, just got back from hospital where I was asked if I'd be happy to join research program starting in January looking into whether cognitive behaviour therapy helps with experience of fatigue. I said yes I'll happily get on board. I'm up for anything that will help me, or others.

DLA APPEAL... Please Help
I have my DLA appeal on the 14th October, my original claim was in November 2012 which was turned down.. since then my condition has gotten worst, I now mobilise with 2 sticks over short distances, and in a wheel chair for longer ones. A local charity worked who helped me throughout this process

Neuropathic pain pays a visit (and natural remedies come to the rescue).
I use 'white
willow
bark
' tincture (natural aspirin) as a pain killer too. I can also sometimes tolerate taking an ibroprofen if there's more pain than usual. I've also had some new tests over the summer that I paid for privately.

Acceptance
I have been so depressed lately and have had a couple of meltdowns (one at Walmart and one with my Neuro). I decided the most important thing I can do for my emotional well being, in addition to Paxil, is to quit thinking about "what was". I came across this poster and thought it very fitting so I printed
