MMA Urine Result
Good morning! I recently had an MMA Urine Test and the result came back as <30. I thought over 3 was indicative of B12 deficiency. Why is there no specific number? What does less than 30 actually mean? Has anyone else had a result reported like this?

6 month old chronic cough
My 6 month old baby has had a cough on and off for the last 4 months . Back to the gp various times and three courses of antibiotics yet this still has not fully gone! Been referred to pediatrics and gp said this may be the start of asthma but hard to diagnose due to his age. I’m really getting anxious

The results are in. I don’t know what to think of this months appointment and I’m confused and anxious but also a bit relived that it’s over. My husbands GFR was at 39 today, which has been the pretty steady number we’ve been trending towards. He had an Albumin/creatine urine test and the results were

Kidney blood test
Hi all I 39, workout 3 times a week, don’t smoke or drink alcohol and I had a SCAD heart attack 2 weeks ago. Completely shocked but I’m being positive. I’m now on dissolvable aspirin and Ramipril. I take the aspirin at lunch and Ramipril at night so well away from my T3 and T4 which I take first

IBS or something more?
Hi, this is my first post on here, and I'm just wondering if anyone can calm my anxiety and mind...For the past 4 years, I've had what I can only call unusual symptoms...bloating, passing a lot of blood from my back passage (clots included and the amount I'd pass during a heavy period), a lot of mucus

ferritin levels high - abdominal scan booked.
hello concerned about my gp referring me for abdominal and pelvic ultrasound because of my ferritin levels. May 185 June 205 July 191 My Google searching indicates he is looking at potential liver issues. My ALT is under 3 and I drink maybe 2 units per month these days. Are liver issues linked

Gallstones
Hello again 👋 Well I didn't expect this! I'm just out of A&E after a gallstone attack. Excruciating, until the morphine kicked in. I've been given strong painkillers and antibiotics. I'm a bit miffed, as I've been following a Low Fodmap, anti- inflammatory, pescatarian diet for as long as I can remember

Opinion
Hi there. I’m on holiday in Portugal and managed to purchase some thyroxine from a reputable pharmacy. They were reluctant to sell it, but I managed to persuade them. The brand is Eutirox levotiroxina sodica Does anyone have any opinion on this brand ? Thank you

Another visit to Rheumatologist…
Hi, I had a face to face appointment with my Rheumatologist yesterday. My ESR has increased to 97 and CRP 38. He said he’s very concerned about this 🙄. I’ve had 8 injections of Adalimumab since I last saw him for Ankylosing Spondylitis. He has stopped the jabs because he says they aren’t working
