MMA Urine Result

Good morning!

I recently had an MMA Urine Test and the result came back as <30. I thought over 3 was indicative of B12 deficiency. Why is there no specific number? What does less than 30 actually mean? Has anyone else had a result reported like this?

Hi

It depends on who you tested with and their Laboratory ranges I would assume. Where did you get anything over 3 from?

I had an MMA urine test with Regenerus Lab last year and my result was 3.14 (reference range <2) so mine was outside the reference range with raised MMA levels.

Not what you're looking for?
