Iron Levels
this group is so helpful. Thank you to everyone, especially those experts. I’m currently weaning off pram with higher doses of gab. My PA in neurology is helpful with raising the gab as needed. However, I had my iron tests done with a 350 ferritin result and a 12% TSAT. So if I understand this

Help, Can anybody interpret these results?
Can someone help me make sense of these test results? MC = Medichecks. NHS = GP Surgery, BH = Blue Horizon. What is screaming at me over these last 6 bloods is that they are all fasting, taken around 9.00am. The very last results were based on supplementation of B12 sublingual spray 300 mcg x1 day Thorpe

levothyroxine and antibiotics?
I’m currently taking antibiotics for an infection after having blood test. Should I be taking Levothyroxine at a different time to antibiotics. Not sure if it will affect absorption of thyroxine?

Cholesterol and fertility... am I overreacting?
Hiya folks, hope everyone is okay. After my second IVF round ended in failure I've been taking a few months off to lead as healthy a lifestyle as possible (I mention the changes I've made in previous posts). I've also taken a bunch of tests including a full thrombophilia screen (which has come back

Is thyroid causing my symptoms?
Hi all, I’m looking for some advice about my blood test results and whether thyroid issues could be the cause of my symptoms. Also if anyone can recommend a doctor in Cardiff / South Wales I’d really appreciate it. I’ve spent years trying to manage and believing (being told) my symptoms are due to anxiety

High Cholesterol
Any advice please on my lipid results taken from a finger prick sample when attending an appointment at Our Future Health research programme. They were elevated . Total cholesterol 7.6 mmol/L HDL 1.22 mmol/AL Triglycerides 4.72 mmol/L They did not record LDL unfortunately. It was non-fasting.

I’m freaking out
I’m freaking out because I just had a baby 3 months ago and I’m late 5 days on my monthly. I’ve taken 3 urine tests and they’re all negative. I cannot have another baby especially with my financials. I have 3 kids as it is and I’m 23. Yes I know what causes babies and I don’t need that lecture. My anxiety

t3 without prescription
I live in a small southern town in US and tested low normal w/nodules by primary care physician (PCP). Asked for t3 and was denied. I was told the only endocrinologist in town does prescribe t3 but I have to be referred by PCP. She refused to refer since it had been so long since I had been to see her

Mixing up the brands of Levo?
My Endo has increased my dose of Levo from 25 mcg to a mix of 25 / 50. I know it may be too low as T4 is currently only 20% through the range. I will have the debate about dosing again in a month when we have more data. The good news is that my Vits are now all optimal, so I should be making use of the

Thyroid - related test results
Hello Is anyone able to interpret the test results my endo requested in addition to the usual Thyroid tests? These are they: FSH 9.4, LH 2.8; Prolactin 190; Testosterone 21.3; Cortisol 350. I think he's concerned about my Pituitary Gland. ALSO: I've been tying myself in knots over the equivalence
