Hi there. I’m on holiday in Portugal and managed to purchase some thyroxine from a reputable pharmacy. They were reluctant to sell it, but I managed to persuade them.

The brand is Eutirox levotiroxina sodica

Does anyone have any opinion on this brand ?

Eutirox levotiroxina sodica is made by Merck, and is a well known brand in many countries.

I expect the PIL will not be in English, so you may have trouble deciphering the ingredients. Merck use the excipient mannitol in their thyroxine tablets, which some people are intolerant to.
