Cytomel Hyper Symptoms
Hi. I see this Endo in a few days. Meanwhile, since adding 5mcg Cytomel around ten days ago to 112mcg Synthroid (previously was self dosing on 125mcg), I’ve noticed that for the past few days I’ve been sweating a lot and feeling jittery. Feels like I’m over medicated. Right now I take the Cytomel

Enzalutamide is sapping my energy and spirit
Been on this drug for 4 months and PSA is still rising past 100 (at much slower rate though). I also hate how I feel on it - really yucky, super fatigued and brain fogged (nasal blockage issues too). All this only really started in the past 6 weeks or so. Also finding exercise extremely difficult - steady

At my wits end! Months of ill health and multiple and conflicting endo opinions.
I have struggled a lot with low mood, bad hair loss,
water
retention
++ and a lot of fatigue- all of which got much worse after another miscarriage at 12 weeks about 15 months ago while I was on Naturethroid NDT.

Hello, I am 68 years old and I am new to this Forum. I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer at the beginning of 2014. My PSA level was 23. I had 12 Biopsies and 11 of those were positive. I had a 4+4 Gleason score and T3b disease results. I began 24 months of Hormone treatment in March 2014 and had

I have
water
retention
, this is his main concern, I am on
water
tablets (Bumetanide) I take 2 a day. He has told me to cut back on my liquid intake, which I have done to the best of my abilities, I still like the odd couple of pints with the lads in my local.

I'm new here...Tic reversal/suppression therapy success?
My 12 yr old son has just been diagnosed with Tourette's. He has vocal and physical tics (mostly facial). We were offered medication but son doesn't want this. CAMHS are not really offering us anything except group anxiety work but privately we are looking to fund clinical psychologist who will try TIC

Prescribed Cytomel, Fair Dose Adjustment?
My context can be seen in my previous thread but I will share the most recent information. I have an interesting update as I’ve been prescribed Cytomel for the very first time. So I was on 112mcg a month ago and in the past 4 weeks I self dosed, 137mcg for a week then 125mcg for 3 weeks. In the same

Fat Legs
I read somewhere that steroids can cause
water
retention
, which I presume is what this is. GP said massage might help but not to bother with lymphatic drainage as has been suggested. Also the skin on my forearms is very fragile and I have lots of bruise marks, looks as if I have been in a fight.

I Hate Birthdays. I Can't Keep Doing This Any Longer.
Tomorrow's my birthday. It's usually one of the worst days of the year for me, along with New Year's Eve. It's just a sad reminder of all the promises I didn't keep to myself. I'm about to be 36 and I haven't been happy since I was 13. God, that's longer than 2 decades. That was the last time I

A sobering life lesson
Hey everyone! Brian here. Usually I try to post things that are positive in nature and generally uplifting. But, much as I'd like to say I don't feel this way, truth of the matter is I do. I don't think I'm ever going to find someone special. Believe me, I don't say that lightly. As much as I want

Hi. Anxiety and depression since childhood, didn’t realize what it was as a kid but knew other friends didn’t feel the way I felt. Very recently divorced, starting anew with these crippling disorders and always feel isolated even with 3 loving daughters and other family. Recently diagnosed with ADHD

Try scheduling a new activity, busy work
Grief from spouses suicide unlocked the door to unchecked adhd, usage, possible bipolarity. Grief is a biatch! When I was working 2 jobs and in Grad school and had a very active teaching job, the ADHD was happy, but, when I started riding a desk, I began to become less effective, no longer winning awards
