J'ai ne suis pas misérables!
Last night was one of the greatest nights of my life. I have been VERY depressed recently but we went to see Les Misérables at the Queen's theatre in London. This was only the second time I had been to the old smoke for theatre... well third if you count the time we had to go back to Chitty Chitty Bang

Dear Mark
I think in my encroaching old age I’m beginning to turn into a bit of a Daily (Hate) Mail reader, I might have done this before but I can’t remember off the top of my head – I’m about to write to a journalist in response to an article that I’ve read. So here goes. Dear Mark, As I was sitting in Euston

Secrets and lies
The first thing I tell new staff who have come to work at my home is: 'Don't tell me anything secret' Although we are not talking secrets like I learnt at my previous and less well run care home... I knew who was having you know what with which staff :S just an innocent statement followed by 'don't

18 months down the line of a diagnosis
OK here goes. My name is Stacey Rudd and I am the proud parent of 2 girls- Charlie and Lily. Charlie is nine and is beautiful but 18 months ago we were shocked by a diagnosis that changed our lives. Our story begins when Charlie was about 3 years old and she seemed to

My discoveries- Right or Wrong?
So my campaign to raise awareness is moving slowly, but surely. I have been in touch with Tim Howard (Everton FC Goalkeeper) who has Tourettes Syndrome and he is keen to help. I have also met with my local MP, because while on this journey I discovered like many I am sure, that you have to battle to

Vocal Tics or Motor Tics?
All of us with Tourette's Syndrome know how loud vocal tics can effect your everyday life. They surprise us at moments when we need to be silent; they shout out the most awful things in the most embarrassing situations. For the last couple of weeks I have really tried to suppress my vocal tics, this

Will the Worm Turn?
Until a couple of days ago I wasn’t too sure about Red Ed and his suitability to lead the Labour Party, but my estimations of him are rising. Water retention ?
I have for sometime been gaining weight quite quickly, I blamed meds and had them changed. The gain has continued so I have been very careful what I have been eating and I am definitely not over eating. and I still gain and loose but still over a stone that shouldn't be there. I have spoken to my GP

YAWN!!!
I'm not tired, just REALLY BORED. I can't do anything without being BORED. I wasn't BORED of playing PS2 all day, watching DVDs, Playing Sims 3 and listening to/playing music before but now I feel dead almost. I am hoping this is just going to be a temporary side-effect or something because I don't think

and my husband mentioned last night he thought my legs were a funny colour. I have been taking a magnesium tablet and a multivitamin tablet as well, however I did not have these today or yesterday.
