Any Help to break free of this rut I'm in??
I have battled mental illness most of my life(I'm 52). In 2015 in the span of a couple of months I found out my eldest daughter had been in a mentally abusive relationship, that eventually caused her a liver infection from being unable to eat a normal meal. She too has battled anxiety all her life. They

Daily back pain
I have had daily middle / upper back pain for 2 and a half years. I have pernicious anaemia too. G.p. thinks my pain is muscular. I've seen several physiotherapists. The current one thinks my pain is muscular caused by poor posture. I think she's probably right. I think it's been exacerbated by my job

Within range bloods - can someone confirm please?
Hi all, After being diagnosed with atrial fibrillation five years ago and an ambiguous NHS blood test showing possible hypothyroid symptoms I decided, as my diet is mostly plant based, to take a vegan multivitamin/mineral including iodine. I had a private thyroid test done a few months later which

Any insight as to CAUSES of cll besides 'age'or 'genetics'?
I think I once seen this asked. But, apparently, not much insight besides 'age' on causes of cll. Some have suggested that it can be certain medicines ; blood pressure, cholesterol, vitamin d pills..etc,. But others shot it down as unlikely, even though I can't find any studies refuting the link. And
