Which Vitamin K2?

Just a quick question- Is there a make of K2 that anyone could recommend, please?

I couldn’t find anything in FAQs.

Not sure there us - you pays your money and takes your choice - I use ZipVit brand -

I see you’re in the U.K. I use Cytoplan natural state vitamins. They do a D3/K2 supplement.

Hi, I use D3/K2-MK7 combined capsule.

The D3 is 4000 strength & the K2 is 100

I bought these on line from Nutravita.

They are a good price.

Obviously I'm not promoting them and cannot say if they are great or bad, but I found them when looking for a tumeric / ginger & black pepper capsule. Which is good for there anti inflammatory properties. ( Consultant said yes...keep taking)

I currently take both capsules and nothing has fallen off yet!🤭

I take Mobu vitamin K2 (MK -7) 100 mcg daily. I get it on Amazon and take it at the same time as my vitamin d3. 🌸

I take BetterYou vitamin D and K2. It's an oral spray and not cheap, but I prefer it. I usually buy from Boots when it's on their 3 for 2 offer. I only use 2 sprays rather than the recommended 3, so it lasts 45 days per bottle 😊
