Blood Test Results Critique Please
Hi, just got my test results back. Would those who have more blood test result interpreting experience than I please comment on them. I asked for full blood count and iron panel, do these tests align with that request? I asked that B12 be excluded as I SI EOD. I take a magnesium supplement at 300mg,

Reversing out symptoms
is it generally right that the last symptom that you developed before starting B12 injections is usually the one that flares up first when reversing out begins. I have terrible burning across my abdomen just under my skin, which I developed in the last year, and it seems to be getting worse. I’m telling

Why do GP like to group everything as depression and anxiety?

11yo daughters latest results
Hello All, Here are my daughters latest results. She has been off any B12/folate for 5 weeks but has been taking iron. Her medical history is low platelets but she obviously has hashimotos. Really low FT4 but high FT3 (body flogging itself?), very bizarre. Symptoms: tiredness, lack of stamina, breathlessness

ET Jak2 . Low iron
I’m reaching out to the knowledgeable members of this incredible community from whom I have learned so much… to maybe give me some further insight…. I was diagnosed almost a year ago. Have been on Hydrea 2x500 a day. Have been feeling very ordinary of late… overwhelming fatigue, joint pain, the bloating

Blood results within range. Is this a problem?
Hi all,
I posted this query a few days ago and it was kindly analysed for me by greygoose (comments further down). However, I didn't understand what he/she was telling me - so I wonder if anyone could explain for me? Do the results indicate hypothyroidism? Do I need meds or can I tweak via

B12 injections - mouth spray as well?
I've had 2 B12 injections so far, with another tomorrow morning. While I was waiting for the treatment to start I ordered some mouth spray for B12 - 1 dose is 1,200ug. Today I was so tired I had to stay in bed after dragging myself on a dog walk so I had a dose of it. I just wanted to check that this

results comparison - question around conversion…
hi there I have posted a few times in the past - more recently about my private dr suggesting T3 medication route. After getting advice on her I decided not to pursue that at this time and instead titrate my T4 / Levo up a step (from 50mcg to 75mcg daily) - have just done blood test after 8 weeks

Wow! Did medichecks test and for the first time in all the time I’ve been testing my TGAb were in normal range (110 with range under 115). TPOAb within range as usual. Strontium citrate results in regaining bone
For those who ask if bone can be regained without pharmaceuticals – you may be interested in this. I am 73 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis more than a decade ago. My bone density tests have shown continual decline. My doctor urged me to take Prolia but I declined. I researched strontium citrate,

half life T3 in NDT
I've read over a period of time that T3 has half-life of anywhere from 2-2.5 days. I have, always, assumed (bad thing!) that was for synthetic T3. Anyone know, if that time-frame is applicable to dessicated T3? My FT3 shot up from 2.7 in late Feb. to 3.85 2 weeks ago. I had increased dose from97.5

Has anyone done an Organic Acid Test(OAT)?
I’ve been doing a lot of testing lately to determine what I should be eating or supplementing. The OAT will test methylation, b vitamins, oxalates, Mitochondria, amino acids and more. It also tests some neurotransmitters related to dopamine but understanding how I can use that information is above my

What are the better treatments for metastasis of the bone and pelvic lymph nodes?
Just found out the past few weeks from a biopsy and a PET/CT scan that the cancer was not contained in the prostate but metastasized to the pelvic lymph nodes and the bones. Was a surprise to me and to the urologist as well. He is recommending no surgery but a multimodal therapy with androgen deprivation

Feeling a bit depressed again with these results......
Just had some bloods done this morning, feeling exhausted this week, no energy, falling asleep all the time despite being on steroids for adrenal insufficiency, feeling a bit nauseous, headachey all week. It seems like all that's changed in 6 months is that my cortisol is lower, my TSH is higher (was

Folic acid and digestive issues
Has anyone suffered loose bowel after starting folic acid? Only been on it a week and started getting loose bowel since then, wondered whether this is the cause. If so, should I stick with or try methyl folate instead?
