Paying method for ampoules

I have put in an order for B12 ampoules with Versandapo; I have an email thanking me and asking me to pay before they ship; I cannot pay euros through my bank. Any ideas?

I think I have used Paypal - despite preferring not to use them.

I cannot see how I can pay; the site gives me the options but does not take me to a payment page. This has not happened before and so I am confused.

Something funny happened on my last order. I think that the Paypal option didn't initially work and I had to drop out and go back the next day. Maybe I used Checkout rather than directly going to Paypal? - Something like that.

Sorry - I can't remember the details despite i t only being a few weeks ago!

I wish they took Apple Pay - that is usually the easiest for me.

Yes that sounds as if there is a glitch. I will try again in the morning; usually I just pay on checkout. Thank you.

PayPal was pressed as a option without putting any information in before I.e delivery address .Name or anything .

Then it went to the payment page asking fof password

I did not have that; I was already registered. I now just have an email thanking me for my order and including their bank details to pay. It is very frustrating.

Could you not add them as a back payment in your online banking and pay in euros ? Or check the exchange rate and pay in gbp …. Not sure myself as not had a problem …. My payments were PayPal’s but the address from PayPal was used for delivery (I think)?… how frustrating

I have just checked in my bank … and found there is a selection for international payment option when I add new payee ….. options were pay person /pay business or international payment where it said would pay in euros …. May be a way
