Reversing out symptoms

is it generally right that the last symptom that you developed before starting B12 injections is usually the one that flares up first when reversing out begins. I have terrible burning across my abdomen just under my skin, which I developed in the last year, and it seems to be getting worse. I’m telling myself it’s the nerves starting to talk to each other, but boy is it sore.
