Wow! Did medichecks test and for the first time in all the time I’ve been testing my TGAb were in normal range (110 with range under 115). TPOAb within range as usual.

TSH is still suppressed (no surprise) CRP is .983 despite me having been a bit under the weather recently and recovering from a broken wrist. Vit B12 is 76.4 (37.5-188). Vit D is 181 (50-250). Free T3 is 73% through range and free T4 is 39% through range. Folate test had a sample error but was within range last test

Test was done fasted, levo taken 24 hours prior to blood draw and t3 11 hours prior. Had stopped B complex a week before and blood draw was at 7.30.am. Taking 75mcg levo and 25mcg t3 plus one Metavive 111 daily.

Would appreciate comments/advice. 🙏🏻

EDIT:

Forgot to add ferritin levels. 131. (30 - 332)

how do you feel? Any symptoms of under medication?

I’m ok. Still recovering from a broken wrist so not on top form and a bit tired and lethargic which isn’t surprising but all in all ok.

Not bad!!!

What D are you taking… I can’t recall the two range units but I think 181 is on the high side regardless? Someone will correct me if need be!

(edited typo to say 181)

Vit D is 181nmol/l (50-250)

Are you supplementing?

Yes! I live in a cold, wet part of the U.K. we don’t get much sun and I have polymorphic light eruption

I’m pretty sure you should be aiming for 100-125nmol … I’m in the US and so measure in ng/ml, but since Vitamin D is not water soluble it is possible to get too much.

And are you supplementing your Bs at all?

5 months ago B12 and folate were low. And your active B12 should still be a little higher (aiming for around 100), and with folate low 5 months ago it likely still low unless you’ve been supplementing though .

I was supplementing with B complex but came off them as I thought they might affect results. Had intended to do the test one week but I was in a lot of discomfort with my broken wrist so the blood draw was postponed and I remained off them for a few weeks.

Vit D is on the high side. Its not a water soluble vitamin so we need to be careful about over supplementing it. Suggest you drop the supplement back slightly.

B12 is only just OK so do keep on top of the supplements.

Depending on how you feel you have room to increase Levo a little. Some people need both FT4 & FT3 to balance at around 70%.

I’m not able to get any more levo from the gp. She already thinks I’m on too much medication due to my suppressed TSH and I have to fight to keep what I’m already on! 😩

Get a young relative or friend to help search for or a pharmacy who will sell them to you! It's not too hard for them for sure!!

Your Tg antibodies now being in-range doesn't change anything. You still have Hashi's and it's neither better nor worse. Even if they went away altogether - highly unlikely - you'd still have Hashi's because that doesn't go away. Antibodies fluctuate all the time, so don't get hung up on them. :)
