Indapamide with levothyroxine?
ShouldI take it at night with the Ramipril (and other supplements such as Bcomplex and
vitamin
D
/K? (Lunchtime isn’t a massively practical option and I’d prefer to avoid taking it then if I can as work can be chaotic and I’m more likely to miss my dose) . Thanks

magnesium
With breakfast I take 75 mg Sertraline plus
Vitamin
B complex and
Vitamin
D
. At lunchtime I take Thyroxine as it has to be taken 4 hours apart from the iron. At night I take 300 mg of Pregabalin 2 hours before bed and 1mg Clonazepam just as I go to sleep.

Please help me figure out what’s going on
D
too low at 35.3 nmol/L (should be 75 to 120) The ferritin and
vitamin
D
results are strange, because I take an A-Z multivitamin&mineral pill which contains 100% the recommended daily amount of these nutrients.

Update on my partner
Has prescribed folic acid and is keeping a regular check on his pottasium levels and is checking his
vitamin
d
and testing from crohns, hormone tests you name it. I think I scared them with my complaints but as long as my partner is getting help he needs thats all that matters.

Hi, had my

B12 (active): 150 nmol/L (lab range 37.5 - 188)
vitamin
D
: 179 nmol/L (50-250) Do I need to increase these? I don't know what the optimum levels should be. Thank you.

Still having symptoms of hypothyroidism despite medication - any advice?
I was low in ferritin,
vitamin
D
, and B12, but I’ve treated all of these and they’re optimal now (or almost optimal), thanks to everyone's advice last time. I’m also on the mini pill Cerelle but I’m too scared to come off of it right now (periods will make my POTS symptoms hell if I do!)

Full set of test results finally
I have gone back in
vitamin
D
- will now take year round rather than just winter months. Comments appreciated. I am trying to persuade GP to up my does from 75 to 100 as I never had any symptoms that I was aware of ( blood test was only diagnosis) and saw no change on taking levo.

Changing room Chat. May. Week 3... Too HOT to Handle?
Benefits too, come with the sunshine, though, in the form of boosts of
Vitamin
D
. ( do not forget the sunscreen), and also, a real mood booster, plus, the lure of getting outside and enjoying everything on offer:) Okay... things to think about: dehydration... overheating... heatstroke and generally
