A long ocean voyage without
vitamin
C
would cause scurvy and if left untreated would cause death. The addition of iodine to table salt and thiamine and riboflavin to breakfast cereal are examples of effort to eradicate terrible decease with mandatory additions.

Update #5: Back to front
I personally have a genetic need for
vitamin
C
- adrenals are the most
vitamin
C
-dense organs of the body, so I would have likely always had a weakness in adrenals. So, I have begun trying hydrocortisone (HC).

Summarising a huge amount of documents / videos the implications are Restrict a list including iron ,
vitamin
D,
vitamin
C
and zinc supplements amongst others to the absolute minimum and get them from natural sources eg sunlight / OJ to avoid binding available copper which is critical in health.

Poor Conversion T4 to T3 update and supplement advice (Magnesium, Vit B complex, Vit C)
Vitamin
C
- at the moment I'm adding in a small easy peeler orange each day after eating an iron source - any views on whether a Vit C supplement would be better? As before many thanks for the collective wisdom here

Omg not good appointment
I had a follow up appointment today with Endrocolgy which they requested saw them last Oct. The dr was not that nice made me feel I wasted his time especially when I asked about my private cortisol test. He said these tests are dangerous and he is seeing to many people doing them. He said my Thyroid

My Luck Just Ran Out
My clinic suggested I take
Vitamin
C
along with Zinc. When I look it up to see what is an appropriate dose - there have been several studies that say it does not make symptoms less severe and does not shorten the illness. The study also said that taking it daily does not prevent COVID.
