Low B12 and Anxiety
Has anyone experienced severe anxiety, panic attacks and disassociation from low B12. How long after starting injections did things improve?

It was all fairly well controlled but I was not thriving as such and Nov 23 showed a new symptom - eye inflammation. Basically I read about a study in Birmingham where a

Day 3 update (+hope)
The embryologist has just called with a Day 3 update and so far we have 4 out of 7 fertilised embryos at Grade 1 (the top grade) and 7-8 cells. The other 3 are Grades 3 and 4 so probably won't make it, but the fact that we have four front runners is such good news and means I'll hopefully have a decent

Overactive thyroid diagnosis following blood test for vit B12 and folate deficiency prompted by tingling symptoms.
Whatever next?! I'm currently at 5 mg prednisolone slow tapering, and this latest diagnosis seems to be another reason for the periods of intense fatigue! and I was blaming the steroids! Is it both? I will talk to a clinician on 6th August (if I'm not lucky enough to get an earlier appointment).

Couple of questions re blood results
I've been trying to get my doctor to let me have B12 injections more frequently. I am currently having them every three months am noticing some improvements in my symptoms initially but the benefits seem to wear off quite soon after a few weeks I would say. Some of my symptoms don't seem to be improving

B12 temperature in transit.
When I saw the dr at the Cambridge blood clinic I was told to get my b12 from a company in Germany. But it’s 30 degrees most days over there the last two weeks or not far off that, and quite hot here also. I messaged them over a week ago to discuss this but they have not replied. So how do I guarantee

AUGH!
I have been battling for about 10 years with numerous health issues and was finally diagnosed about 2 years ago with PA along with many of the accompanying issues. Explained most, if not all of my ills. But finding a doctor that is knowledgeable has eluded me. The absolute worst for me is the mental
