Hi all I took Olanzapine 2.5 mg for 6 months and then stopped taking it after skipping one day in between for 2 days as my psychiatrist asked to do so but now after 3-4 months I am finding difficulty in sleeping like no matter how tired I am I do not feel sleepy but force myself to sleep and then I sleep

Diet and Exercise Regimen, Vitamins, while taking Orgovyx
Tonight, I start my journey to hopefully a full recovery from G7 (4+3) PCa. I begin taking 120mg per day of Orgovxy before I start radiation. (Next week, I have my fiducials and SpaceOAR procedure which I will ask you all about another time, as I am extremely nervous, and don't know what to expect,

These are the results I received the other day. The TSH seems ok but I’m not sure about the others. Tgey all say within norm but to me the ferritin seems too low. If that’s the case what should I take! I did ask fir vitamins to be checked but these are all she did

advice please- protein shakes
I know we shouldn’t take other tablets or vitamins close to thyroxine, but is a meal replacement shake made from pea protein okay to drink an hour after thyroxine? is that different to vitamins as it’s food? Also, do we really have to avoid soya? I can’t have diary and most other protein shakes

Transdermal B complex patches - any experience?
Hi I've been looking for B vitamins and have had some suggestions - thank you! I've just come across patches as a way of delivering vits and minerals etc. Same idea as HRT. https://www.patchworksuk.com/product/patch-aid-b12-plus-30-patches/ I know nothing about them. Has anyone used patches and liked

Vitamins for PD
Hey all! Just wondering, what general “vitamin pill“ do you recommend for PD? From time to time, I see people talking about Hardy. Wondering if there’s something particularly special about that one? I personally have been using raw one by vitamin code… Any thoughts on this topic? Thanks :-)

Hello ☺️ I have Hashimotos myself and I would like to get my daughter tested also plus her key vitamins as her periods are heavy at the moment and lasting 7 days so her iron could be low . I could try GP but doubt they will check everything ! Many thanks , Kelly 💝

Adrenal/Cortisol issues- help please
So it's recently been bought to my attention that my struggles to tolerate any t4 t3 medication could be down to low cortisol or adrenal issues, is this common? I'm starting to question if adrenal issues are actually my main problem? I was diagnosed 'subclinical hypo' last year and have been on varying
