Shall I raise my Levo

I’ve been on 115mcg of T4 now for around 3 months. For one month I did the carnivore/keto diet with a little T3 but it was so hard to stick to. I’ve been eating normally again with no T3 now for about 2-3 weeks. My levels are still quite low so I’m thinking of going up to 125mcg per day does this sound about right? Any advice much appreciated. All tests done as required no T4 for 24hrs etc. Vitamins all good.

When you had this blood test taken, how long had you been on a stable dose?

I’ve been on 115mcg of levo for 3 months but I did have around a month of adding a little T3 everyday when I was zero carb. I’ve been back on normal diet now for around 3 weeks with no T3. Had took this test Tuesday just gone.

So the results won't really be accurate as only 3 weeks since a change in hormones.

Your FT4 is looking quite low at only 26% of range and needs to be much higher. Youcould probably afford to raise by 25mcgs even.

Free T4 (fT4) 14.4 pmol/L (11.9 - 21.6) 25.8%

Ok great thank you 🙏 I currently take 150mcg twice a week and 100mcg 5 times a week. Maybe if I take 150mcg 5 times a week that would take it up to 135mcg.

That would work. Retest in 6-8 weeks.
