New to T3, advice please
Hello there, help please! Results listed below....I have always been symptomatic with Hashimoto's, diagnosed 2019. Was on just levo for years but after DIO2 testing and conversion rate of t4 to t3 being low I was started on a trial of T3 in march 2023. I always have blood testing between 8am and 9am.

Thyroid, Cortisol And Sodium Question
Hi All, Got my latest results and it's a bit messy. I got off NDT 1,5 grains and switched to 88 mcg of levo, my old levo I was on before. Prior to that, I was on 75/88 mcg, alternating. So I increased and now re-checked my bloods after 8 weeks. Btw, I'm well versed in everything recommended here

B12 early days of injections
Hi, DH has started a course of B12 injections through a private clinic which specialises in vitamin injections. He has autoimmune thyroiditis, NCGS and psoriasis and is under investigation for Hashimoto’s encephalopathy due to memory and cognitive issues, though the neurologist can find nothing of concern

methylfolate. Worried about my vitamins! Folic acid
I was taking pregnacare for three months before my first cycle of ivf but realised (especially after reading it starts with the egg) that the supplements are not sufficient for someone undergoing ivf or over 40 trying to conceive. I started taking a b12 supplement containing folic acid but realised

Is it RA?
Hi, Really worried, got horrific shoulder pain and stiffness almost overnight.....been in real pain and got in touch with my GP. He sent me for X-rays and blood tests. CPR was raised, vitamin D slightly lower than recommended at 49. My x-rays showed arthritis in both shoulders and one elbow.....still

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies/Thyroid dysfunction.. Chicken or Egg?
Before I spend my hard earned money on going to a private ENDO because the NHS is failing me I wanted to ask what you all thought about the problem of iron deficiency and vitamin D deficiency and how this relates to underactive thyroid . I read a lot here about how these vitamins should be optimal for

Blood Test Results.
Some of you will remember it took me a month to get blood test results because in the first instance the Doc who arranged them wanted to give me the results. Made about 3 appointments which were cancelled because he changed his working days or whatever so eventually decided that just to get the results
