I continue to suffer from tingling feet and feeling tired also sweating for no good reason. Has anyone got suggestions of how to cope with this. I get injection for condition every 12 weeks.

Steroids and PMR also cause tiredness and pred. sweats, so it may have nothing to do with B12.
Are you on the right forum? This one is for PMR and GCA and not specifically B12 deficiency, though some people here do have that as well.
