5 mg Folic Acid supplement during early pregnancy
Hi dear ivf warriors, I have been taking 5 my folic acid a day months prior to my last cycle. I am now pregnant (still early days) and continue taking 5 mg in addition to multi vitamins. NHS do not advise 5 mg unless you know of specific risks / predispositions. I also read that there were some inconclusive

Help with vitamins
My ferritin and B12 keep going down despite the fact that I take supplements. Since being diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, Coeliac and SIBO they were steadily going up - I got my ferritin from 2 to 75, but in the last year it’s gone down to 39. My B12 is at 318 and was almost 500 a year ago. Does anyone

Feeling really low at the minute. Sorry this is a long one but just want to write it all down.
After Nstemi in March, I went back to work in April. Was feeling pretty good apart from a burning sensation in the chest area not quite every day. I am on the gold standard meds, apparently and the GP advised that my 3 months was up to and to stop clopidogrel on 14 June. Which I did. He increased my

vitamins to help thyroid
Hello, has anyone got any tips of vitamin complexes to help under active thyroid? I have recently upped my vit d, my B12 and found a complex that says it helps the body convert t4 to t3. I’ve been taking them all about two weeks and I do think that I’m less exhausted than I was. I’m hopeful that it

Diet and Exercise Regimen, Vitamins, while taking Orgovyx
Tonight, I start my journey to hopefully a full recovery from G7 (4+3) PCa. I begin taking 120mg per day of Orgovxy before I start radiation. (Next week, I have my fiducials and SpaceOAR procedure which I will ask you all about another time, as I am extremely nervous, and don't know what to expect,

I am giving myself 14 weeks before I plan to contact the clinic for what will be my 4th transfer. I know I need to loose weight, which I will be doing with calorie counting. My RLS has settled for the time being. Thank you for the information and support!
For the past six months, I've been RLS free! I'm so happy about this and it has made such a difference to my sleep and wellbeing. I have the wonderful, supportive people on here to thank, and especially SueJohnson. Because I received such a good amount of information last year, I was able to check
